Gameplay 10/10

'The real driving simulator' was the tagline that was given to Gran Turismo when it was announced back in 1992, and back then that's what it really was, before losing its way in the mid 2000's. Now though, it is back, better than ever. With gameplay mechanics that really feel like you are the one behind the wheel in every race, and the Dualsense controller providing feedback that is truly immersive and unique for each car. No racing game has EVER been as engaging as Gran Turismo 7. Whether you're completing your licences or twisting your way through the Nürburgring you will not be disappointed in how Gran Turismo 7 feels.

The Story 9.5/10

Gran Turismo 7 has a unique take on a 'Story' by using the 'Cafe', where you are given sets of objectives by car designers and engineers. This then leads to you either unlocking rewards, such as cars, credits, or gaining access to more tracks for you to race on. This, in some circumstances, was a little long winded. However the overall idea of it and what it achieves is very successful. It also offers a huge amount of insight into the culture of the cars, which is what Kazunori Yamauchi intended.

Graphics 10/10

The graphics in Gran Turismo 7 are unparalleled when it comes to the cars, with the details going right down to the individual fragments in the headlight glass. Each car has been designed to be an exact replica, and therefore capturing the beauty of each car is paramount to the success of the game. Gran Turismo 7 really comes to life when it comes to the photomode, which is one of the most in depth systems I've ever seen. It is amazing at showing off how awesome the cars and graphics are in this game.
